Mental Nirex

Nirex was the 1980s British government’s attempt at a solution to the problem of nuclear waste. The Nirex company was formed to dig a big hole, deep under the small town of Nimby, and dump the nation’s accumulation of nuclear wastes there. The disposal project having failed, and thinking about these matters gone out of fashion, the wastes remain abandoned about the UK’s various nuclear sites in concrete drums, shipping containers, and similar.

The purpose of this website is to act as a dumping ground for things from my brain. Things too big or permanent for a tweet or a facebook post, but not important enough to warrant a website of their own.
